Service Description

All the meals contain the six Ayurvedic flavours and are cooked with spices that aid the digestion. The meals are gluten-free, dairy free (besides ghee), or vegan (state your preference below). Every delivery comprises of: * 1 x Adaptogenic bone or seaweed broth (vegan or not) * 1 x Hearty soup (mainly root veggies) * 1 x Kitchari or Daahl * 1 x Medicated porridge (inspired by Ayurvedic Karkkidaki Kanji) * 1 x Anti-oxidant porridge They contain two servings each and are delivered every two weeks. After your booking you will receive an email to inquire on the preferred week of delivery. Introduction price end of 2022: Price for one delivery: $ 375. Price for two deliveries: $ 700 (glass bottles are returned). Price for four deliveries: $1350. Price per January 1, 2023 = $410 for one delivery.
